I finished the little orange sweater that I was knitting. It’s almost too cute. So I’m going to dedicate this post to cute things.
First, the sweater.
“Seamless Blue” sweater, knit with size 6 needles and Berocco Vintage Worsted weight yarn. I used about 1.5 skeins of the main color, and only a bit of the contrasting color. Which means there may be a matching hat somewhere in my future.
I even sewed the button on and weaved in all the ends. It’s also been washing machine and dryer tested – and passed with flying colors!
Next, Tilde the Amazingly Annoying (but still awfully cute) Kitten.
I think she is trying to steal my soul. Or she’s hungry. It could go either way.
I hadn’t intended to include kitten pictures in this post, but she was following me around while I had my camera out, and she kept posing. I’m honestly not sure my household can tolerate yet another diva.
Finally, because Malin requested them (while being her normally lovely self but at the same time teasing me about Christmas knitting in July), more pictures of the sunflowers, one of which decided to open today, and another which will likely be open tomorrow.
I like how sunflowers look just before they burst open. It’s almost looks like this one just sucked on a lemon!
Have a lovely evening!
